After a potential sale fell through, a land owner orally agreed to pay a real estate commission to our client, if another buyer could be found for his 22 acre parcel of undeveloped land. Our client, two local real estate firms, produced a buyer who purchased the property and listed our client on the contract for pucharse and sale. After the property closed, the seller refused to pay the full agreed upon real estate commission. We are pursuing a claim for the full commission against the seller plus interest.
