Car crash causes RSD

Produced: 08/14/2008

In February 2005 our client suffered neck and a shoulder injury when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle that pulled into the intersection in front of her. Approximately six months after the crash she started feeling burning pain, extreme sensitivity and weakness in her arm. She was diagnosed with RSD or Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. The insurance company disputed her injury and hired several doctors who claimed she did not have the injury. Shortly before the trial was scheduled to start, a six figure settlement was reached.
